Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpenClaw Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
OpenClaw Hosting provides a managed platform for deploying and operating autonomous AI agents on user-provided or third-party infrastructure. Our services include agent provisioning, software updates, health monitoring, and multi-channel messaging integration.
User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and SSH access to your servers. You agree not to use OpenClaw Hosting for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to conduct unauthorized access to third-party systems, or to violate the rights of others. You are solely responsible for all actions performed by your AI agent.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 14-day satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to maintain current payment may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
OpenClaw Hosting and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpenClaw Hosting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source components of OpenClaw are governed by their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
OpenClaw Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the management platform will cease, but your server and data remain yours. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with data export upon request.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
