Common questions

Can I use multiple messaging platforms simultaneously?

Yes. Your agent can be connected to all supported platforms at once. Messages from any channel are processed through the same agent instance, so context and memory carry across platforms.

Is there an extra cost per platform?

No. All messaging integrations are included in your plan. The number of channels available depends on your tier — Base includes 2 channels, while Pro and above include all channels.

How long does it take to connect a new channel?

Most integrations can be configured in under five minutes. You provide your API credentials, we handle the webhook setup and message routing automatically.

Can my agent send proactive messages or only respond?

Both. Your agent can initiate conversations for scheduled reports, alerts, and notifications — not just reply to incoming messages. Proactive messaging is available on all supported platforms.
